How long does it take to make handmade items? All our items are handmade and crocheted to order. Production times vary depending on the item:
- Booties and Shoes: 8 to 15 days
- Clothing and Dresses: 18 to 21 days
- Home Decor Items: 18 to 25 days
- Blankets: Up to 30 days
We take this time to ensure every piece is crafted to the highest quality.
How long does delivery take after dispatch? Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan.
How will my order be confirmed? After you place your order, we will reach out to you on WhatsApp to confirm your order details. We begin working on your order only after receiving your confirmation, so please keep an eye out for our message.
What are the shipping charges? Orders above Rs. 3,000 enjoy free delivery. For orders below Rs. 3,000, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies.
Can I return an item if I am not satisfied? Since all our items are handmade and crocheted to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns on handmade items. However, if there is a size issue or a defect, we are happy to help. Please visit our Returns page for more details.
Can I exchange my handmade item for a different size? Yes, if you have an issue with the size, you can send it back and we will exchange it for the correct size. The item must be unworn and unwashed. Please contact us to initiate the exchange.
What do I do if I received the wrong size or a defective item? We are truly sorry if this happens. Please email us at support@sooperkids.com or WhatsApp us on 03116665386 with your order number and details of the issue. We will make sure to correct it as soon as possible. Can I request a custom colour? Yes! We are happy to accommodate custom colour requests. Just let us know during order confirmation on WhatsApp.
Do you deliver to remote areas? We deliver across all of Pakistan. For areas not covered by our regular courier partners, full payment is required upfront before dispatch. We will inform you during order confirmation if your area falls under this category.
