Can I return an item if I am not satisfied? 

Thank you for shopping with Sooper KIds. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can surely return or exchange your items. Please visit our Returns page for more details. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes, if you need to exchange for a different size and your items are not worn or washed before (besides trying on), you can surely exchange them. We have a full 07-day exchange guarantee. Please visit our returns page for more information on our exchange policy. 

How long you take to make handmade items?

If you ordered a handmade item, please note that we'll be needing 21-26 days to make your order because our handmade items are prepared on order. 

Can I exchange my handmade item order? 

Yes, you can. If you have any issue with the size, you can surely send it back and we'll exchange it with the correct size. For more details, please contact us. 

Can I return my handmade item? 

Handmade items are made on order therefore, if you have any issue with the size, you can surely return it back and we'll exchange it with the correct size. However, we do not accept returns of made to order items. 

    What do I do if I received the wrong size or my item is defective?

    • If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at support@sooperkids.com or WhatsApp us on 0311-6665386 and tell us your order number and how we messed up.
    • We will take care of it and will get you the right size. We will send you a new item. We are human and do make mistakes. We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!

          How long does it take for an order to arrive?

          • Delivery timing of our in-stock items is 3-5 working days.
          • We use manufacturers all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers. Therefore, the delivery process of imported items can take 3-5 weeks.
          • For our handmade items, we need 21-26 days to make them. 
          • If you’re still not sure, just email us or contact us on WhatsApp. We’re happy to help.

          Where do your items come from?

          • Sooper Kids is all about bringing unique and high-quality items for your baby. So we source items from all over the world including the United States, Bangkok, Europe and many other countries. We also make some of our items such as woolen clothes. 

          I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where’s my order?

          • Since we have a large assortment of products not stocked in the house when you order multiple items at a time, we will try our best to deliver them at once but still, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
