Every item at Sooper Kids is lovingly handmade and crocheted to order, which means your little one gets something crafted just for them. Here is everything you need to know about how we get it to you.

Production Time Since all our items are handmade and crocheted to order, please allow 7 to 12 days for us to complete your order before it is dispatched. We take this time to ensure every piece meets our quality standards.

Order Confirmation After you place your order, we will reach out to you on WhatsApp to confirm your order details. We begin working on your order only after receiving your confirmation, so please keep an eye out for our message.

Confirmation Email You will also receive a confirmation email as a record of your purchase.

Delivery Time Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or weather conditions.

Shipping Charges Orders above Rs. 3,000 enjoy free delivery. For orders below Rs. 3,000, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies.

Remote Areas For areas not covered by our regular courier partners, full payment is required upfront before dispatch. We will inform you during order confirmation if your area falls under this category.

No Open Parcel Policy We do not offer an open parcel facility. Full payment must be made to the courier upon delivery before opening or inspecting the parcel. Any concerns about your order can be raised after delivery in accordance with our Refund and Exchange Policy.

Custom Colour Requests Want a specific colour? We are happy to accommodate custom colour requests. Just let us know during order confirmation on WhatsApp.
