About Our Products
Every item at Sooper Kids is handmade to order by our artisans. Production begins as soon as your order is confirmed, and each piece is crafted specifically for you. Because our products are made on demand, our policy is different from ready-made stores. Please read carefully before ordering.
Order Cancellations
Once your order is confirmed via WhatsApp, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled. If you need to make any change (size, color, or address), contact us before you receive the WhatsApp confirmation call. After confirmation, the order is locked in.
Exchanges (Size or Manufacturing Defect Only)
We accept exchanges in two specific cases only:
- The item you received does not fit and you need a different size.
- The item has a verified manufacturing defect (loose stitching, missing parts, or wrong item shipped).
To qualify, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Exchange request made within 7 days of delivery
- Item is unused, unwashed, and shows no signs of wear (besides trying on)
- Item is in its original packaging
- Order number provided (starts with "SK")
Exchange Process
- Contact us at support@sooperkids.com or WhatsApp 0311-6665386 with your order number and reason for exchange.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. TCS typically offers the best rates.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will begin production of your replacement. Please allow 7–10 days.
- A re-delivery charge of Rs. 200 applies to ship the exchanged item.
If the item arrived defective or we shipped the wrong item due to our error, we will cover Rs. 100 of your return shipping cost.
Exchanges Are NOT Accepted For:
- Requests made after 7 days from delivery
- Items worn beyond trying on, washed, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging
- Minor variations in color, stitching, or dimensions that are natural in handmade products (see below)
- Sale items — all sale purchases are final
- Change of mind, no longer wanted, or style preferences
Handmade Variation Disclaimer
Because our items are handmade, no two pieces are exactly alike. Slight differences in color tone, stitching pattern, or dimensions (up to ½ inch) are natural characteristics of handmade crochet and are not considered defects. These do not qualify for exchange.
Refunds
Because every item is handmade to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason other than the two cases below:
- Advance payment received but order cannot be fulfilled by us. If you paid an advance (bank transfer or Easypaisa) and we determine we cannot deliver your order, your advance will be refunded in full within 7 working days.
- Verified manufacturing defect where replacement is not possible. If a returned item has a confirmed manufacturing defect and we are unable to produce a replacement (for example, the specific yarn is no longer available), a refund may be issued after inspection. In all other defect cases, we will produce a replacement instead of refunding.
No other refund requests will be considered. This includes but is not limited to: change of mind, no longer wanting the item, dissatisfaction with natural handmade variations, late delivery, or COD refusal.
Damage in Transit
Please inspect your package before accepting delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, refuse the package at the door and contact us immediately. Once a package is accepted, any damage claim is between the customer and the courier.
COD Orders
If you place a COD order and refuse delivery without contacting us first, you may be blocked from placing future orders with Sooper Kids. Every item is made specifically for your order, and refusals cause real loss to our small business. If you need to cancel, contact us before the WhatsApp confirmation call.
Our Decision Is Final
Sooper Kids reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange or refund request at its sole discretion after inspection. Approval is based solely on whether the item meets all conditions stated above. Decisions made by Sooper Kids are final and not subject to further appeal.
