RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Thank you for shopping with Sooper Kids. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange your items. Our return and exchange policy is as follows:
If you need to exchange for a different size, please follow these instructions. First, make sure that your items are not worn or washed before (besides trying on).
- Make sure to include details on the correct size needed to be sent back.
- You have 07 days to exchange your item.
- Please Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The TCS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like. - Once you send your item back to us, we will inspect it and then notify you that we have received your returned item. We will try to send the exchanged item as soon as possible.
- Please note that Rs. 200 delivery charges would be charged for sending the exchanged item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or of the wrong size. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us on 0311-6665386 and we'll guide you through the process.
In case you received a wrong or defected item due to our mistake, we will pay Rs. 100 for your shipping.
We have a full 07-day return guarantee. To be eligible for returns, your item must not have been used and must be in the original condition in which you received it. Please note that we do not accept returns of handmade items because they are made on order.
Basic Refund Policy
Our items have a full 07-day refund guarantee. If you don’t like the item or it is defective, we will either replace it or you can send it back to us for a refund. To be eligible for refunds, your item must not have been used and must be in the original condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once you send your item back to us, we will inspect it and will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and will be issued to you in the form of a coupon within a certain amount of days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping charges and Rs. 250 service charges will be deducted from the total amount you paid.
Our policy lasts 07 days. If 07 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Handmade items or items that are made on order are non-refundable.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure we receive the parcel undamaged and on time.
- If the item is damaged or used, the return, refund or exchange will not be accepted and the package will be sent back to the buyer. In such a case, the buyer will have to pay Rs. 250 delivery charges to get the item shipped back.

Note: Your order number will be written on the shipping label of your parcel and it will also be in the confirmation email that you received after placing an order. It will start with "SK".
