Sooper Kids — Shipping Policy

1. Governing Framework

This Shipping Policy ("Policy") is issued by Sooper Kids ("Company", "we", "us", "our") and forms an integral part of our Terms of Service and Refund & Exchange Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. By placing an order on sooperkids.com ("the Site"), the Customer ("you", "your") unconditionally agrees to the terms of this Policy.


2. Order Processing Time

As all products sold by Sooper Kids are handmade and manufactured on a made-to-order basis, orders are subject to a production period prior to dispatch. The dispatch timeline will be communicated to the Customer at the time of order confirmation. Shipping timelines stated in this Policy commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Sooper Kids dispatches orders across all of Pakistan. Standard estimated delivery timeframes following dispatch are:

  • 3 to 5 business days for areas serviced by our standard courier partners.

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or disruptions in the courier network. Sooper Kids shall bear no liability for delays in delivery once the order has been handed over to the courier.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are applied as follows:

  • Orders below Rs. 3,000 — a flat shipping fee of Rs. 300 shall be charged at checkout.
  • Orders of Rs. 3,000 and above — shipping is free of charge.

Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, including in cases where a return is approved under our Refund & Exchange Policy.


5. Courier Partners

Sooper Kids dispatches orders through the following courier partners:

  • Leopard Couriers
  • Muller & Philips

These couriers service the majority of urban and semi-urban areas across Pakistan. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, risk in the goods passes to the Customer. Sooper Kids bears no responsibility for loss, damage, theft, or delay occurring during transit.


6. Remote, Mountainous & Underserved Areas

For delivery addresses located in areas not serviced by Leopard Couriers or Muller & Philips — including but not limited to mountainous terrains, remote villages, and areas with limited courier access — the following conditions apply:

  1. The Customer will be notified at the time of order confirmation that their area falls outside our standard courier network.
  2. Full advance payment of the order value is required before the order is dispatched to such areas. Orders for remote areas will not be dispatched on a Cash on Delivery basis under any circumstances.
  3. The order will be dispatched via an alternative courier service deemed appropriate by Sooper Kids at its sole discretion.
  4. Delivery timeframes for remote areas may exceed the standard 3 to 5 business day estimate. Sooper Kids shall not be held liable for extended delivery times to such areas.
  5. By providing a delivery address in a remote or underserved area and proceeding with full advance payment, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these conditions in their entirety.

7. Tracking

Where tracking is available through the designated courier, the Customer will be provided with a tracking number upon dispatch. Sooper Kids is not responsible for any inaccuracies in tracking information provided by the courier.


8. Failed Deliveries & Undeliverable Parcels

If a delivery attempt fails due to the Customer being unavailable, an incorrect address being provided, or refusal to accept the parcel, the parcel may be returned to Sooper Kids by the courier. In such cases:

  • Re-delivery charges shall be borne by the Customer.
  • Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
  • For orders where an advance payment has been collected, the advance shall be retained by Sooper Kids as liquidated damages in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy and Terms of Service.

9. No Open Parcel Policy

Sooper Kids does not offer an open parcel facility. The Customer is required to make full payment to the courier upon delivery before opening or inspecting the parcel. Any claims regarding the contents of the parcel may only be raised after payment, strictly in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy and within the timeframes stipulated therein.


10. Loss or Damage in Transit

Sooper Kids takes all reasonable care in packaging orders prior to dispatch. However, once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, the Company bears no liability for any loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit. Customers are encouraged to inspect the outer packaging upon delivery and raise any concerns with the courier at the point of delivery where possible.


11. Policy Amendments

Sooper Kids reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The version of the Policy in effect at the time of the Customer's order shall govern that transaction.
